Dr Azuddin bin Mohd Khairy

Dr Azuddin bin Mohd Khairy is a Consultant General and Trauma Surgeon at Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah, Klang, Malaysia. He completed his Master of Surgery at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and subspecialty training in trauma surgery under the Ministry of Health Malaysia, including an attachment at the Royal London Hospital. He previously served as Head of the Department of General Surgery at HTAR and Head of the Selangor Central Zone Surgical Cluster. He is Vice President of the Trauma Surgery Society Malaysia, President of the Klang Surgical Society, and a Fellow of the Asian Collaboration of Trauma. An active trainer, examiner, researcher, and invited speaker, Dr Azuddin contributes extensively to postgraduate surgical education and national trauma training. His principal clinical interests include trauma resuscitation, damage-control surgery, thoracic and abdominopelvic trauma, and minimally invasive trauma surgery.
