Main Conference Registration Fees

All fees below are stated in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). For international participants, the USD equivalent will be calculated at an exchange rate of USD 1 = RM 3.96. These rates apply only to payments received by the stated deadlines.

Fees For Participants Include:

  • Attendance to all conference sessions

  • A Day Pass Fees to the Trauma DCR Symposium grants access exclusively to this session. 2 tea breaks and lunch will be provided.

Inter-varsity Quiz (1 lecturer plus 4 medical students, consisting of 3 active members & 1 substitute/back up) RM700 (5 Participants) RM 750 (5 participants)
  • The pre-conference workshop will be conducted at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Sabah
  • Intervarsity Surgical Quiz will be conducted at University Malaysia Sabah (UMS), registration fee applies to a team of five participants and includes access to attend the main conference
  • Lunch and tea will be provided.
  • Available seats for each workshop will vary based on the type of workshop.
  • Fees to participate in the workshop will also vary depending on the type of workshop.
  • The list of pre-conference workshops will be announced 3 months prior to the actual conference.
  • Allocation/ availability of seats is on a first come first serve basis.
  • Pre-conference admission is only permitted for delegates who are registered for the main conference scheduled from 11th to 12th September 2026 at the Marriott Hotel Sabah

Mock Surgery Examination Guidelines

  • Participation in the Mock Surgery Exam is subject to prior approval by the Organising Committee.
  • All delegates must obtain official confirmation of acceptance before being granted entry to the examination.
  • Students in Year 3 and Year 4 are strongly encouraged to participate in the Mock Surgical Exam as part of their clinical preparation and skills development.
  • Places are limited and subject to approval and availability.
  • Only delegates registered for the main conference are permitted to participate in the mock exam.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration Department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees

Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

Registration Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received up and including date by or before May 09th 2026 – full refund.
  • ((A 10% cancellation fee will be charged for any full refund of conference fees)
  • Cancellations received between date by and before July 09th 2026 - 50% will be refunded.
  • After date by and before August 9th 2026– no refund will be made.
